Meet

Rob Lechtenberg

Co-Founder | Talent Strategy & Partnerships

Rob brings a diverse background in talent development, recruiting, higher education leadership, and small business ownership to his role at Dream Helpers Veterinary Recruiting. His career has centered on helping people thrive—merging data analytics and industrial psychology to support personal and professional growth across multiple industries.

He fell into the veterinary world by happy accident, then stayed on purpose. The moment Rob started working with vets, he was hooked. Maybe it was their fierce compassion, love of animals, or the fact that they can stay calm while being clawed by a 12-pound cat named Mr. Fluffy. Either way, he found “his people.” Now he helps them find their people—one awesome placement at a time. At Dream Helpers, Rob focuses on building thoughtful, strategic partnerships that prioritize well-being, strong culture, and long-term fit. It’s about matching vets with hospitals that align with who they are—not just what’s on their resume.

Rob believes the right environment is the foundation for people to reach their full potential. He’s passionate about creating connections that work—not just on paper, but in real life. Because let’s be honest: great talent in the wrong clinic is like a golden retriever trying to herd cattle. It just doesn’t end well.

Rob grew up spending summers working on his uncle’s dairy farm and has always had animals in his life. Today, he lives in the Pacific Northwest with his wife Shellie, their three daughters, and their two pets. He has a deep respect for the animals who share our world—and a genuine love for the people who care for them. Over the years, he’s found himself up close with moose, mountain lions, bears, sharks, and more—but remains most inspired by the humans who dedicate their lives to animal care.

Grant Reynolds

Co-Founder | Strategic Operations & Growth

Before co-founding Dream Helpers, Grant spent over a decade in leadership roles focused on retail operations, team development, and customer experience. His background in building strong, people-first teams laid the foundation for a values-driven approach to recruiting. Grant’s connection to veterinary medicine began early—working in animal hospitals as a teen sparked a lifelong respect for the field and the people in it.

At Dream Helpers, Grant leads client partnerships, marketing strategy, and day-to-day operations. He’s passionate about making hiring more human—helping veterinary professionals rediscover joy in their work and supporting practices in building healthy, sustainable teams. Grounded in integrity, empathy, and intentionality, Grant believes great recruiting is about more than filling roles—it’s about building trust and creating long-term impact.

Grant lives in Olympia, Washington, with his wife, Meagan—who is also part of the Dream Helpers team—and their two kids. He loves playing disc golf with his son and supporting him at his baseball games, cheering on his daughter at her soccer games and ballet performances, and cooking creative meals for his family and friends—especially on F1 race weekends.

Shellie brings a diverse background in copy editing, payroll management, and small business ownership to her role at Dream Helpers Veterinary Recruiting. Meet

Sadia Clark

Senior Recruiting Partner

With over five years of experience in recruiting, Sadia is passionate about helping veterinary professionals find the right fit—roles that feel aligned not just on paper, but in real life. Her path into the veterinary world began in college, where she worked at a wildlife preserve helping tigers transition into retirement. That hands-on experience sparked a lifelong love for animals and a deep respect for the people who care for them.

Sadia went on to earn a graduate degree in business from Nova Southeastern University, where she had the opportunity to collaborate with marine biologists on research missions. From working with exotic and marine life to navigating adventurous fieldwork, she’s always been drawn to purposeful work that brings people and animals together in meaningful ways.

Today, Sadia channels that same energy into veterinary recruiting—supporting both practices and professionals through each step of the hiring journey. As a recruiting partner with Dream Helpers, she’s committed to making the process more personal, thoughtful, and human.

Sadia lives in Florida with her husband and their three kids, who keep life busy, joyful, and full of surprises. Motherhood, she says, is her most rewarding adventure

“Now, I get to blend my love for animals and people by supporting veterinary teams and making the hiring process feel a little more human. I am here to help you through your next adventure.” – Sadia
